I notice them everywhere today.  I'm usually not organized enough to have something ready, but I'm not sure it would be worth the effort to make a joke.  I typically think that if you, like me, are making something sequential, it's probably better to avoid doing things that won't be part of that, or at least won't add to the whole.

I'm sure an April 1st has been on Thursday during the time I've made comics, but not this year obviously.  Maybe when it doesn't happen I should reconsider.

Better yet.... She wakes up in the hospital room -before- her breasts grew overnight.

I have considered that.  Like one of those Star Trek episodes where someone wakes up and everyone else is trying to convince them that certain key facts are different.  I have a story where Annie wakes up and doesn't become a superhero, and it seems like no one believes her.

I think that's a staple of every good tv or comic series. The episode/story arc where something happens that everything goes "back to normal" and several key events never happened. Those that had died are alive and well, key events that lead to serious changes never happened, etc. Wouldn't surprise me if its a tv trope. One of my favorites is Star trek: the next generation, when Q shows Picard what his life would've been like if he'd never taken all the chances and risks of his younger days.

That's happened a few times in the comic already.

I remember. Maybe someone elses boobs growing would have worked?

And then take the growth away?  You'd have to make it something really unlikable or it would be something that would probably seem positive.  I'd think the point of an April Fools joke is to imply something that seems bizarre, not that might be desired.

That would be hard for the girls.  Almost anything could be liked by someone- even if they turned male.  Fat, pregnant, taller, muscles, etc.
