This is the longest time Annie has been in her non-super form since the beginning. I thought it was more dramatic to have her this way in a chapter about the risk of her possibly losing her increased powers.

Did any of you realize something he did there?
it's very interesting to claim he gave away a secret about the others being tested, yet at the same time she was the one who stated "she heard" that they have already done so. By saying they were inclusive means that they were never tested to begin with (no changes to report) and logically he didn't give out any information by saying such. Anything else she heard is all that she claims to believe otherwise.
So when you think about it, he kept this secret without officially stating anything. Of course Connor might be an issue, but only if there really were any to begin with.
Anyway I'm wondering if only Annie would be the only one capable of having a mutation? I don't like to think that her partner would be joining her in this regard, but it would be something if one of the others become a danger because of it and a possible warning sign to look for. Btw, is she looking at a 'Re-Growth?!?' I mean... I would certainly laugh if she ended up anything like she was turned into during the previous comic.
