Oh, and I gotta ask, what's up with how her nose is just two half circles?
But no, she's not going to be growing continuously. It also wasn't a good idea for a long-term comic as I was only about half-way through the original. It wasn't done very smoothly, more like big jumps every once in a while. I can't say that there's no chance she'll ever grow again, not even a modest amount- that kind of thing could happen by accident. But I plan for this to be what she'll look like from now on.
About the nose, I think I just simplified her nose over the years into that. In any profile shot you can see she does have a full nose.
It's what made her "Pulse".
It's like the N.A. Godzilla movie... By changing the look of the monster they ended up destroying the movie.
Also... Her unique condition allows for more mystery and future "hijinks".
I bet Tabitha was thinking te same thing when her face was sparking.
I said that it wasn't some rare fun thing anymore, but instead I felt obligated. I wanted to take away the expectations and just have comics, not ones that seemed like they needed a certain element.
